So if you drive on the 44 towards 1, you must definitely go around the diagonal 80 and return to the 44, while the drivers driving on the 1 can only turn right on the diagonal 80. In both cases, to get to the Hippodrome you need to take 115th Street.
They asked the community to move carefully through the area, respect the signs provided and follow instructions to ensure road safety during the duration of the work.
