Born in Paraná and with a profile that does not need to make an about-face in her speech, Thaily Semensato is one of the most talked about figures of Poderosas do Cerrado, a Globoplay reality show that has placed women in the agribusiness in the spotlight and in the crossfire of the networks.

The nude scene in Três Graças surprises the public and causes an outcry
Commenting on the label she earned throughout the program, Thaily was unceremonious in owning her story.
“I was already expecting to take on this villain role. And it has to be, if it doesn’t become too monotonous. It has to spice things up. I’m a lot like that, sometimes it’s just my style of play, a joke. But I often have this way of saying what I think… Some people take it well, others not so much. It’s no big deal.”

The businesswoman also commented on how she handled sudden fame, public backlash, and times when reality overtook real life.
“I think you’re never prepared. Fame brings both good things and negative things. You never know how you’re going to absorb it. Only when you really experience it. There were situations, which were heavy. People wish bad things and it’s a heavy energy that I don’t deserve. I don’t read the comments, but the (bad) energy comes.”
And if there’s one thing that doesn’t scare Thaily, it’s the possibility of participating in another reality TV show. The door, according to her, remains open, and ready to offer entertainment: “Right on time, great. With cabin and everything.”
At the end of the conversation, the businesswoman also defined what it means to be powerful in the Cerrado universe, on and off screen.
“It’s an honor for me to represent the women of the Cerrado. I always say that power is way above money. For me, power is having influence, being respected and owning your own history.”
