The Chief of Staff emphasized that “of the ten points proposed in the May Pact, eight were discussed within the framework of the May Council” and clarified that “federal participation requires the presence of all governors” and “the foreseeable reform requires prior changes to the work system.”
At the end of the last May Council meeting of the year, Adorni announced that the executive would forward the extraordinary session initiatives to Congress, while others would be issued “during the 2026 legislative session.”
