The President of the Chamber of Deputies, Hugo Motta (Republicanos-PB), contradicted the Federal Supreme Court (STF) by scheduling the vote on the dismissal of deputy Alexandre Ramagem (PL-RJ) in plenary. In November, Minister Alexandre de Moraes ordered Parliament to decree the loss of his functions of the parliamentarian, who had fled to the United States. Instead, the Speaker of the House opts to put the issue to a vote.
In addition to Ramagem, Motta announced this Tuesday (12/9) that he would submit to a vote the requests for dismissal of Glauber Braga (PSol-RJ) and Carla Zambelli (PL-SP).
Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP), who lives in the United States, could be impeached for misconduct. In his case, the decision will be made by the Board of Directors of the Chamber, according to the press service, and there is no deadline for signing the act.
The impeachments must be voted on this Wednesday (10/12) and next week, the last before the parliamentary recess.
