The national government has established this through Decision 1878/2025 of the Ministry of Economy published in the Official Gazette Abolition of tariffs levied in the past by the National Transport Regulatory Commission (CNRT). These are procedures related to the registration, authorization and supervision of motor vehicle transport services for passengers and cargo within the framework of national jurisdiction.

As part of the Policy of deregulation, simplification and modernization of motor transportA comprehensive analysis of the current tariff structure was carried out. Having concluded that the abolition of these fees will not affect the control and inspection tasks of the CNRT, Various decisions adopted between 1992 and 2001 that were outdated were repealed.

In this sense, Tariffs have been eliminated in more than 50 unnecessary procedures that hindered current transportation dynamics.. This measure contributes to a more agile, efficient and fair system by reducing bureaucratic burdens for operators and users. In addition, the records and procedures are already unified under the new regulations adopted between 2024 and 2025.
