Flamengo returned in search of 25-year-old Vitão and presented a new proposal for the defender after attempting to sign him earlier this year. Internacional, however, has not accepted the value and wants more.
Negotiations are underway and the Rio Grande do Sul club has already defined that the athlete is among those who will be negotiated to improve the financial situation in 2026. Now Inter is patient.
Besides Flamengo, other Brazilian clubs are interested. And also polls in Europe. Vitão should only be sold for a proposal above 10 million euros.
Flamengo tried once again to include Inter’s debt for the purchase of midfielder Thiago Maia, but encountered difficulties. Vitão is the preferred name for strengthening the defense, but there are other targets.
The defender has a contract until the end of 2026 and could sign a pre-contract from July. Flamengo therefore remains in the lead and will not give up easily.
