Melody is removed from the song with Anitta after speaking on the show: understand
bullshit
For those who don’t remember, Melody played an excerpt of the song Fala Quem É, a partnership between Anitta and Marina Sena and Pabllo Vittar, during her participation in the show De Frente com Blogueirinha. The young woman would also be part of the piece, but ended up being excluded from the project.
On the awards show red carpet, Melody denied any argument with Anitta. “I think that everything that happened should have happened, everything happens for a specific purpose. I think it was better this way, I am at peace, I have so many projects to launch, so many great achievements,” said the singer.
No regrets
The young woman, however, stressed that she did not speak to Anitta after feeling ill. “I haven’t spoken directly to Anitta, but I understand, everyone knows what is best for their project. I continue to admire her a lot and I always have,” he assured.
Melody also said that she doesn’t regret what happened. “I have never regretted anything in my career, I am very grateful for everything that has happened. I am very happy, whatever happens, whatever the ups and downs, I do my best. I have no regrets,” she assured.

Anitta spoke out
Last week, during a live performance, Anitta opened her heart about her colleague’s departure from the song: “You’re all wondering why Melody left the song… The song was recorded 2 years ago and I wanted it to be an anthem with a lot of women and so on,” she began.
“I’m very organized with this feat thing (partnership), I don’t talk about other artists before agreeing, I think it has to be agreed (…) I have this responsibility, this respect when I’m going to record something with someone. There’s no problem, it just doesn’t fit with our way of working, you understand?”, she continued.
Anitta denied any argument with Melody, but said she had not acted respectfully. “I have nothing against Melody either, I think everyone has their own style of working. It’s okay, everyone has their own style, it’s just because it’s not the style I usually work with (…) I don’t think it’s that respectful when you’re going to say things without having that agreement, that’s not how I usually work.”
