Located in a classic building and distributed in several rooms, Preciados 33 creates a menu that pays homage to Spanish gastronomy, but with the all-you-can-eat buffet method. It is in fact the first open buffet offering traditional cuisine from our borders.
At Preciados 33, they prepare everything from Russian salad to garlic shrimp, as well as other recipes like patatas bravas, croquettes, sticky rice, Bilbao-style sea bass and Discalux entrecote. But we must not neglect the star dish: Madrid stew served in two bowls.
The first change in the stew of this restaurant with a capacity of 180 people includes soup and stew with cabbage noodles, while the second consists of chickpeaschorizo, beef, bacon, chicken, black pudding, ham, potatoes, cabbage and carrots.
As for the price, the Preciados 33 buffet costs 28 euros from Sunday evening to Thursday. On Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays and eve, it would be 33 euros.
They offer different types of menus. One is the daily menuat the price of 15.90 euros and consisting of a starter, a main course and a dessert. Another is the evening menuwhich costs 19.90 euros and includes the same passes.
