A truck crosses the road at kilometer 44 of Rodoanel Mário Covas (Rodoanel SP 021), in Itapecerica da Serra, in the São Paulo Metropolitan Area, completely blocking vehicular traffic in the area, towards Rodovia Presidente Dutra.
According to information received from the São Paulo State Transport Agency (Artesp), the driver of the car reported that he was the victim of a robbery followed by a kidnapping. He said that the bandits forced him to cross the car on the road.
The driver is conscious, confused, and wrapped in wire from a homemade bomb.
Congestion in the area reached 15 kilometers around 7 a.m.
