The Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard The manufacturer Antxon Alonso was arrested in connection with the case in which he arrested this Wednesday Leire DiezTHE plumber of the PSOE and former president of the SEPI (State Company of Industrial Participations) Vicente Fernández.
This new arrest took place in Biscay. Likewise, as EL ESPAÑOL has already argued, the seizures and searches continue and the legal file, investigated by the National Court, remains, for the moment, secret.
The UCO carried out searches in Zaragoza and Seville. Concretely, in the capital, agents inspected the company’s headquarters Forestalia.
As revealed by EL ESPAÑOL, it was precisely the manufacturer Antxon Alonso and the former organizational secretary of the PSOE. Santos Cerdan those who influenced the Ministry of Ecological Transition in favor of this company and other renewable companies which paid them.
The Civil Guard also inspected an apartment in Madrid, on Diego de León streetduring which Leire Díez met with businessmen under investigation for hydrocarbon fraud before the National Court to try to obtain information.
The one known as plumber of the PSOE was already under investigation by a Madrid court for its schemes to obtain sensitive data from the UCO and the anti-corruption prosecutor’s office with the aim, supposedly, of wasting their investigations.
To do this, she even offered legal advantages to her interlocutors and presented herself as an emissary of the PSOE and as a “right hand“by Santos Cerdán.
For his part, after leaving the presidency of SEPI, Vicente Fernández ended up being hired in 2021 by Servinabar 2000, Antxon Alonso’s small construction company.
Furthermore, by searching the headquarters of this company and the address of its owner, the UCO found a contract, signed by Cerdán on each of its six pages, through which he acquired 45% of Servinabar for only 6,000 euros.
