Chocotone dulce de leche with walnuts
Time: 1 hour (+4 hours in the refrigerator)

Ingredients:
- 1 chocolate (500g)
- 350 g melted fractionated milk chocolate
- 100 g melted fractionated white chocolate
- Nuts to decorate
Filling
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 cup chilled crème fraîche
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation method:
- For the filling, place the can of condensed milk in a pressure cooker, cover with water, cover and cook for 35 minutes over low heat, once the pressure has built up.
- Turn off, let the pressure release naturally and open the cooker

- Beat the crème fraîche with a mixer until it becomes whipped cream.

- Return to the refrigerator for 1 hour
