In increasingly fierce competition in the delivery market, platforms are going beyond the promise of super-fast delivery and an extensive menu. Rappi has just reached an agreement with OpenAI to offer its users free access to ChatGPT Go, one of the paid versions of the artificial intelligence chatbot.

Starting next Monday, all active accounts on Rappi will be able to use a free month of ChatGPT Go. Subscribers to the Rappi PRO Black plan will benefit from six months of free access.
Aside from arrangements like this, ChatGPT Go costs R$39.99 per month. This is an intermediate plan of the OpenAI service, between the free version and Plus (R$99.99). Go offers expanded access to features like GPT-5 (OpenAI’s latest language model), imaging, file uploading, and data analysis.
The agreement also covers Rappi users in eight other Latin American countries: Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay.
“Bringing our users closer to high-tech services like ChatGPT goes hand in hand with our commitment to further develop and accelerate the growth of Latin America. It is an immense satisfaction to celebrate this partnership with OpenAI and to reinforce the importance of technology to create pathways and possibilities,” said, in a press release, Felipe Criniti, CEO of Rappi in Brazil.
To benefit from free access, Rappi customers must select the “Pro Benefits” icon on the main app screen and choose the benefit associated with ChatGPT to activate.
