
Pharmacy shelves are full of chewing gum, mints, mouthwashes and all sorts of bad breath products. In reality, many of these products are short-term measures that do not address the root causes of what is, in fact, a very shameful problem.
The Mayo Clinicfrom the United States, explains that “some foods, diseases and habits cause bad breath” and asserts that “keeping your mouth and teeth clean can improve bad breath in many cases.” If the bad breath persists, i.e. leads to bad breath, you should see a dentist.

For Hermida, the key is maintaining a good nighttime cleaning routine, especially before bed, when the mouth is most exposed to bacteria proliferation. “Brushing your teeth and mouth at night is essential because it means we smell a little less when we wake up,” he concludes.
