
The deadline for the adoption of letters and the delivery of gifts for the Correios Santa Claus campaign in the Federal District has been extended until this Saturday (13/12).
The adoption of the cards, available since November 7, is carried out on the official campaign website.
How to adopt a card
When entering the portal, the “Adopt Now” card will appear on the screen. After clicking, you can read the available cards and choose one.
After choosing, buy the gift, wrap it carefully, stick the identification label provided by the Post Office and drop it off at one of the collection points located throughout the DF.
It is also possible to adopt letters on a large scale, through Super Padrinho, for individuals, and Corporate Godfather, for legal entities. To adopt more than 50 cards, you must complete the form via this link.

For children who want to send a letter to Santa
Children who wish to send a letter to Santa must follow certain established criteria (listed below), write the request by hand in legible handwriting and register on the campaign website.
It is necessary to take a clear photo of the letter, click “Save Letter”, fill out the form and attach the image.
The selection criteria are:
- Up to ten years;
- Children in situations of social vulnerability;
- Children with disabilities (PwD), whatever their age;
- Children who study in public schools (up to grade 5) and who have been selected by the State and/or municipal Department of Education;
- Only one letter per child;
- Sending a photo of the letter in JPG or PNG format, up to 3 MB in size, and a maximum of 150 dpi;
- Letters indicating an address, a photo of the child or a telephone number will not be selected.
About the campaign
The Correios Santa Claus initiative began 36 years ago, when Correios employees were moved by letters full of dreams and exciting requests sent to agencies.
Moved, they decided to make some of their dreams come true and, from this action, Santa Claus at the Post Office was born.
