Father Silvio Andrei, who has more than 100,000 followers, moved the internet by recording an unusual moment during a mass. In the Apostle Parish of São Paulo, in Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP), he entered the church accompanied by a small dog. The video was shared last Sunday (7/12) and went viral throughout the week.
The animal accompanied the priest from the entrance to the altar, walking among the faithful and receiving the affection of the religious. Silvio often posts moments alongside animals and uses social media to advocate for the cause. In another similar video, he even received a comment from Xuxa, delighted by the scene.

The record has already received more than 730,000 views on the priest’s profile and has garnered dozens of compliments. “I cried a lot with emotion, it’s gratifying to see a scene like that,” commented a user. “Thank you Father! We must welcome all the creatures that God has made,” wrote another.
