The minister Alexander of Moraesof the Federal Court (STF), decreed this Thursday (11) the immediate loss of the mandate of federal deputy Carla Zambelli (PL-SP). It also determined that the Speaker of the House, Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB)takes office as a parliamentary deputy within a maximum of 12 hours.
Zambelli was sentenced by the Supreme Court to ten years in prison for hacking into the systems of the National Council of Justice and 5 years for illegal possession of a firearm.
