Santos
Besides the gardens on the edge of Santos, another attraction stands out in the city: gastronomy.
Houses and chefs born there have even started crossing the road towards São Paulo or making themselves known in the capital, as in the case of Hideout Speakeasy. Another example is that of chef Dário Costa, from Madê, who designs the menu at Deus Ex Machina in Pinheiros. A success on the networks, the butcher Netão Bom Beef also brought his hamburgers to the inhabitants of São Paulo.

Dry-aged with potatoes, accompanied by rice ribs, crispy onion farofa, cabotiá pumpkin puree with charcoal oil, coxinha termite and caiçara garlic bread from Parrilla Bom Beef, located in the Embaré neighborhood, in the city of Santos.
