The Seventh Section of the Court of Seville issued a search and arrest warrantfor two of the three people awaiting trial in the said proceeding, for allegedly attacking and assaulting the mayor of Burguillos, Domingo Delgado, in retaliation for the action … of the local police and an Endesa employee in the house where the people investigated in the city resided.
This is indicated by an order issued on December 2 by the seventh section, after suspending the hearing scheduled the day before against these people of Romanian nationality, due to their absence at the session.
