On Saturday evening, the Víctor Nethol Sports Center dressed up to honor the outstanding gymnastics athletes of the current season. Iván Daniele from boxing won the Arana Cup as the best athlete of the year and the first men’s volleyball team won the Monteverde Cup as the best team.
The club’s new president, Carlos Anacleto, attended the 2025 edition of the sports festival and emphasized the importance of recognizing the daily efforts of athletes, teachers, coaches, coordinators and families. He emphasized that they are the ones who breathe life into the club and maintain the sporting spirit that characterizes Gimnasia, reaffirming the new management’s commitment to strengthening the disciplines, organizing and professionalizing each area and consolidating an institutional image based on values, work and respect.
