What Rayane Figliuzzi says about the police action and the arrested employee
See the note in full:
I joined the reality show A Fazenda in September, after recently leaving the program. During this period, I was completely removed from my professional activities and the management of my old company. Since returning, I have only fulfilled network and reality TV commitments.
I would like to point out that the tanning clinic was completely closed and its activities were closed. The space was used exclusively as a warehouse for my bikini line.
I reiterate that all machines have been turned off and their operation has been completely suspended. I hope that all clarifications will be made transparently and that the truth will prevail.
The operation at the clinic
The inspection took place in rooms 301 and 307 of a building located on Miguel Salazar Mendes de Moraes street, as reported by columnist Fábia Oliveira, of Metropolises.
On site, the agents found a working beautician who presented herself as manager of the clinic. Identified as Larissa Macedo Caldeira da Silva, she was arrested red-handed for consumer relations offenses.
The police procedure began with a police report, in which a client declared having suffered burns after a cosmetic procedure in the establishment. She reported that the space did not have adequate conditions for the service.
During Thursday’s inspection, expert from the Institute of Forensic Science Carlos Éboli identified medicines unfit for human consumption, expired equipment, unsterilized equipment and the absence of any documentation necessary for the operation of the clinic.
The beautician was taken to the specialist for the usual procedures, and the establishment remained closed. According to the file, Rayane da Silva Figliuzzi will be charged with crimes against consumer relations, crimes against public health and possible money laundering.
