The adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) video tools in dental clinics is growing in Brazil. During the last face-to-face event dedicated to this topic, SucessOdonto Presencial, which took place in Campinas on November 6, 7 and 8, licenses for the new ICOM Marketing solution were sold to more than 180 clinics, highlighting the growing interest in technology and integrated marketing in the sector.
According to a 2025 Dental Marketing Report, approximately 70% of dental practices use social media for advertising purposes. Data from the same source shows that video marketing is used by 55% of clinics to educate and engage patients.
The market scenario reinforces the relevance of this adoption: the dental sector in Brazil generates approximately 38 billion reais per year. At the same time, clinics face fierce competition; It is estimated that by 2025, the country will have more than 75,000 active clinics.
ICOM experts emphasize that the adoption of video and AI represents not just a marketing trend, but an adaptation to changes in patient behavior. The use of artificial intelligence has increased by 167% in the healthcare sector over the past five years, with a focus on automating processes and optimizing patient relationships, according to an article by Revista Vértice.
“The new video tool with AI, recently proposed, appears on the market as a response to this digitalization movement, providing not only visual content, but also automation, agility and a more professional service and lead conversion flow,” says Fabio Avelar, CEO of ICOM Marketing.
“Due to the scale of adoption recorded at the event, the trend is for similar solutions to multiply in the coming months. This type of technology tends to redefine how dental clinics position themselves in the online environment and how they attract and interact with their patients,” adds Avelar.
