Audio attributed to producer and businesswoman Paula Lavigne would have revealed the indignation of Caetano Veloso’s wife with a viral video in which Wagner Moura “rigs” the Lula government and the Ministry of Culture by criticizing Streaming PL.
According to Paula’s words, reported by columnist Monica Bergamo, Moura would have recorded the video at the request of Paulo Alcoforado, director of Ancine, who in turn would have been appointed on the recommendation of the owner of the outraged audio.

“I am very sorry for helping to place this Mr. Paulo Alcoforado, who, together with Jandira (Feghali, PCdoB-RJ) and Manoel Rangel (former president of Ancine), is conspiring against Maga, because they want… Jandira wanted to be a minister. That’s the truth,” he says in the audio.
Paula also shared her displeasure with her favorite star’s “attack” on an Oscar nomination. In the video, Wagner Moura asks Lula and the Ministry of Culture to “remain vigilant” about the possible repercussions of the bill, which awaits approval by the Federal Senate.
“We wake up to a video of our ‘wonderful’ Wagner Moura demanding the MinC and the government, as if the MinC and the government did nothing,” he criticized. “I am progressive, but I am not unfair… I am on the side of the MinC, given all the sacrifices they have made,” he defended.
Finally, Caetano’s wife, who also promotes a political act against another bill and concludes that the real responsible for the “bizarreness” (in the actor’s words) of the PL would be the National Congress.
“I am really very sorry, because the person (Paulo) picked up the phone to call Wagner Moura, to guide him to speak against the government and the MinC. I cannot understand, at a time when everyone is angry with this Congress. It is the Congress that makes the law. Today is December 10, Wednesday. Everyone sleeps early in the morning, the Congress goes there and votes a slight amnesty, a real coup d’état”, he argued.
Contacted by the columnist, Jandira Feghali denied any conspiracy. Paulo Alcoforado and Manoel Rangel did not respond to attempts to contact them. Paula Lavigne did not return either.
