In Villa Castells, neighbors continue to complain about water supply problems and the lack of response from Aguas Bonaerenses (ABSA).
In area 12 and 491 they report that they have been without water for two days.
“But the most amazing thing is that ABSA has no information for the user for two consecutive days. They don’t know that there is a lack of water in Villa Castells! After waiting in line for 16 minutes to be served, they couldn’t give me any information,” Silvia said indignantly about the situation.
At the same time, he recalled that every day they had to remove a water container several blocks from their homes because the water from the pipes was not suitable for drinking. “We have been suffering from this for many years,” he emphasized.
Neighbors also complain about a lack of water on 488th Street, from 13th to 2nd Street, and on 485th Street, also from 13th to 2nd Street.
“They are busy with construction work and have told us that we will not have water all weekend. At 35 degrees, we cannot bathe, use the toilets, wash clothes or dishes,” said a frontline member.
In addition, there are more complaints on 5th Street between 503 and 504 because the tap water comes out cloudy.
