Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC and grease a mold with butter and flour.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, oil and milk until smooth.
- Add the cornstarch, mix well and gradually add the wheat flour and salt. Mix until you have a smooth paste.
- Add the baking powder and stir gently.
- In another bowl, mix the tomato, parsley, ham and 150 g of mozzarella.
- Incorporate the filling into the dough and pour everything into the mold.
- Finish with 50 g of mozzarella and strips of creamy fromage blanc or catupiry on top.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden and set.
- Let cool, cut into slices and serve.
