Storm Emilia reaches the province of Valencia with “the most intense precipitation, heavy or very heavy, locally torrential”. The Generalitat sent an alert message to all cell phones this afternoon at 7:23 p.m. in which he advises to “look for the high areas.”
The National Meteorological Agency indicates that the situation this Sunday in the province of Valencia also includes these “persistent” rains which are “accompanied by thunderstorms”.
