
The European Union called for the Iranian activist’s release Narges Mohammadiawarded the 2023 Nobel Peace Prize after her arrest at a ceremony in memory of the lawyer Khosrow Alikordi in Mashhad, Iran.
Security forces arrested other human rights defenders along with her, official sources and humanitarian organizations confirmed.
