Belarus released this Saturday (13) the Nobel Peace Prize winner, Ales Bialiatski; Prominent opposition figure Maria Kolesnikova and dozens of other political prisoners. Thus end two days of negotiations with Washington, with the aim of improving relations and obtaining the lifting of American sanctions which are paralyzing an important Belarusian agricultural export.
