
A team from the 21st Battalion Operational Tactical Group (GTOP 41) rescued a baby aged just 1 month and 12 days who was choking on breast milk. The case took place in the Vila do Boa neighborhood, in São Sebastião (DF), this Saturday (13/12).

Police were approached by a desperate mother carrying her son on her lap.
She reported that the baby had choked on breast milk and was already showing signs of purple color on his lips, indicating difficulty breathing.
Soldier T. Carneiro began maneuvers to clear the infant’s airways. After the procedure, the child began to breathe normally again.
Family members then took the baby to the city’s Urgent Care Unit (APU) for evaluation and medical treatment.
