Katie Sun, a Brown student, spoke to the university newspaper, the Brown Daily Herald, and noted that she was near the building when she heard a gunshot. The suspected shooter was last seen leaving the building, but no weapon has yet been found, experts searching the area said.

Shooting at Kentucky State University leaves one dead and one injured
On December 9, one person was killed and another was injured in a shooting on the campus of Kentucky State University. (KSU). According to the Frankfurt police, around 3:35 p.m. local time, they responded to an active shooter on the KSU campus in Frankfurt.
Michael DeCourcy, a university spokesman, confirmed that the dead and injured students were students at the institution and that the latter was in critical condition. He also stated that the shooter was not a student there.
