To the special prosecutor’s team, Gonzalez was not a simple collaborator with the movement, but rather a key part in concealing the evidence behind the crime. According to the accusation, the woman was urgently summoned by Marcela Acuña on June 2, 2023, shortly after the incident. Security cameras recorded her entry into the family home at 5:12 p.m.
According to the prosecutor’s hypothesis, Gonzalez had seen a lump inside the home and left frightened. Days later, between June 3 and 6, he would return to clean certain parts of the house and manage the removal of a bed, mattress and other furniture, given as donations, which later tested positive for Cecilia Strzyzowski’s DNA.

Prosecutors also highlighted that on June 8, Acuña sent him a letter with instructions to coordinate his story with other defendants: “Memorize it by heart, you, Gustavo and Diana. We will cancel the testimony saying you were nervous and confused about the timing.” For the prosecution, this evidence demonstrates active participation in the disappearance of physical traces of the crime.
In her statement, González sought to portray herself as emotionally and practically subservient, dependent on Marcela Acuña’s leadership. At the end of the session, his tone became more assertive. He stressed, “If someone is guilty, let him pay the price, but it is not me.”
