Leader of the Italian Championship, Milan had a day to forget. With the support of the San Siro fans, the team drew 2-2 against Sassuolo, on matchday 15, and could be overtaken by Napoli, who will face Udinese away this Sunday, at 11 a.m. (Brasilia time). The result therefore leaves the Rossoneri with 32 points, just one ahead of the Neapolitans. Sassuolo moved up to 21, but remains in mid-table, ninth.
The visitors opened the scoring with Ismaël Koné capitalizing on a 13th-minute chance to give Sassuolo the lead and surprise the home side in the first half. But Milan reacted quickly, however, with 19-year-old Davide Bartesaghi leveling the score in the 34th minute with a precise finish.

In the final phase, after just two minutes, Bartesaghi was decisive again and gave Milan the lead, turning the situation around at San Siro. However, Sassuolo did not surrender. Exploring the spaces in the Rossoneri defense, he equalized thanks to Armand Laurienté, who finished with precision and made the score 2-2 in the 32nd minute.
