Donald Trump, President of the United States, spoke about new documents linking him to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, and accused Democratic Party politicians of reviving the case to “distract attention” from the lockdown in the country – with the support of the opposition party. The North American President’s statement came on Wednesday (11/12) in a post on the Social Truth Network.
“The Democrats are trying to revive the Jeffrey Epstein hoax because they will do anything to distract from what a disaster they were with the government shutdown and so many other issues,” the US President wrote.
Therefore, Trump asked Republican members of Congress to focus “solely on reopening the country.” This comes on the same day the US House of Representatives votes on a deal that could end the longest federal government shutdown in the country.
The US President’s speeches are based on disagreements between Republicans and Democrats, who prevented approval of the budget plan presented in the Senate.
As a result, federal government services have been affected by a lack of resources since October 1, causing serious damage to the country’s economy.

“I knew about girls.”
On Wednesday morning, Democratic members of Congress released a new batch of documents related to former financier Jeffrey Epstein, who is accused of maintaining a ring for the sexual exploitation of minors.
In an email exchange with his then-partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, in 2011, Epstein stated that the current US president “spent hours” at his home in the company of one of the victims.
Another letter, sent by Epstein in 2019 to composer Michael Wolff, alleges that Trump “knew of the girls” who were victims of sexual assault.
