The Ministry of the Presidency approved, with the publication of the decree this Monday in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León, the public employment offer for the year 2025 which includes 700 positions in the bodies and ranks of non-teaching civil servants, … 1,138 positions of non-university teaching staff, 444 positions of working staff of the General Administration of the Community of Castile and León and autonomous bodies and 630 positions of statutory staff of health establishments.
The public job offer seeks to cover personnel needs that cannot be met with existing personnel, always respecting budgetary availability and the limits established by state regulations.
The Council sets a replacement rate of 120 percent for priority sectors such as education, health, anti-fraud, public resource management, fire prevention, social services, employment, citizen services and information technology. For the rest of the sectors, the rate will be 110 percent. In addition, reserves 30 percent of open access places for internal promotion, both for workers and civil servants, with the aim of promoting professional careers and improving the efficiency of public services.
It also reserves ten percent of places for people with disabilities, including two percent for people with intellectual disabilities and eight percent for people with particular difficulties accessing the labor market.
The places offered for public employment in previous years (2023 and 2024) which have not been called for can be combined in the 2025 call and are offered, for access by the internal promotion team, 210 places for non-teaching staff, 133 places for manual staff, 1,000 places for secondary school teachers and 129 places for statutory staff.
Within a maximum period of six months, the common bases that will govern the selective processes of entry or access to the bodies, scales or functional competences of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León will be approved.
Positions not filled during the execution of a call may be recalled provided that no more than three years have passed since the publication of the public job offer which would have authorized them. The new call must identify the number of places from previous calls and the offer to which they correspond. This provision will be applicable to calls for processes
Information regarding test calls and the development of selective processes derived from the public employment offer will be included on the institutional website of the Junta de Castilla y León, Public Employees Portal, https://www.empleopublico.jcyl.es/ and will also be available through the Citizens’ Information and Attention Telephone Service 012 or 983 327 850 (free telephone number if a package is available), as well as in the registration assistance offices of Community Administration of Castilla y León.
