For the the minor’s mother ordered provisional releaseby provisionally indicting him as the alleged perpetrator of the crime of family abandonment, as informed by sources from the Superior Court of Justice of Castile-La Mancha.
After taking their statements this Monday, the magistrate decreed that the two accusations are provisional and will be finalized throughout the judicial investigation. The proceedings continue to be investigated in court.
