Senate Majority Leader, Venetian Vital do Rêgo (MDB-PB) makes requests to the CCJ to stop the PL Dosimetry and postpone it to February.
His supporter Alessandro Vieira (MDB-SE), who has already said he would vote against the proposal, also told his interlocutors that he should ask for a review.
The request for reconsideration is procedural and made orally during the presentation of the report, to clarify individual or collective doubts. If granted, the deadline is valid until the next CCJ meeting for everyone.
In an interview with GloboNews, Senator Esperidião Amin (PP-SC), rapporteur of the project that provides for the reduction of sentences and prison terms for those convicted of coup attempts, said that the Senate would make changes to the proposal. According to the parliamentarian, as it stands, the bill will not be adopted.
