Name of delegate on skin
At Luiz Fernando’s home, police located and seized “consistent” material linked to communities on the Discord platform, such as several images involving young people in acts of self-mutilation, civil police reported.
Officers also found images and videos of youths in sexual scenes and poses, leading to the arrest of the accused.
Media reports show that victims were forced to reproduce, on their own skin, symbols such as the swastika, alluding to Nazism. Images were also found with the names of the general delegate of São Paulo, Artur Dian, and of the delegate Lisandrea Salvariego, head of the Center for Observation and Digital Analysis (Noad), marked on the bodies of the victims, in a threatening tone towards the agents.
In Lisandrea’s case, the victim wrote “Lisa” with a razor on her arm. Luiz Fernando posted a photo of the injury with the caption “little gift for Lisa hahaha (sic)”.
He was taken to the 7th Regional Police Station of the “Carlos Roberto Bastos Miguel” Civil Police Complex, in Santa Catarina, where the arrest report is being prepared.
A desktop computer and a cell phone were seized from the suspect’s home. Both will be subject to a forensic examination.
