The meeting brought together competitors, tutors and experts with the aim of addressing the logistical, organizational and technical aspects of the competition, in addition to strengthen the personal preparation of participants. The program includes training activities aimed at promoting teamwork, emotional management and confidence in the face of a very demanding appointment.
During his speech, José Rodrigo Cerrillo wished the participants good luck and highlighted the exemplary role they represent. “You are an example for all citizens and especially for students,” he declared, while recalling that the 29 students come from 19 educational centers from the region and will compete in a total of 24 different modalities.
The general director of Professional Training expressed his confidence in the role that the Castilian-La Mancha delegation will play in this edition. “I am convinced that very good results will be obtained in February”he emphasized, recalling that in the last call, Castilla-La Mancha won a total of seven prizes in the national championship.
The preparation days also include motivational workshops, information sessions, spaces for the exchange of experiences between participants and a guided route through the city of Toledo. The goal, as Cerrillo explains, is that each competitor faces the championship “with confidence, team spirit and commitment”after previous work which goes beyond the purely technical domain.
In this sense, the regional manager of Professional Training stressed that these days represent “a decisive step” so that the delegation arrives in Madrid in the best possible conditions and “proudly represents Castilla-La Mancha” in a key event for the visibility and prestige of the FP.
