US President Donald Trump announced on Monday that he would sign an executive order classifying fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction.
“With this historic executive order that I will sign today, we are officially classifying fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction, and that is what it is,” Trump said at a White House event.
