On X, formerly Twitter, Internet users joked about Zezé’s real name. It turns out that the artist’s first name has nothing to do with artistic vulgarity.
Zezé’s name is Mirosmar José de Camargo. Luciano Camargo, country duo and brother of the singer, is Welson David de Camargo.

Confusion with SBT
In a video posted on social networks, Zezé Di Camargo said he was embarrassed by the presence of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) and Minister of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes at the event promoted by the launch of SBT News.
“Facing the situation that I saw, with people who have completely changed their way of thinking, especially the daughters of Silvio Santos, who think completely differently from what their father thought… I love SBT, I have the greatest affection, but I think you are prostituting yourselves, sorry. I am not one of them,” he said.
The speech generated a great impact on the networks. Initially, SBT decided to continue airing the special with Zezé, but canceled shortly after.
“The Communications Office informs that after internal evaluations, the management of the SBT has decided not to broadcast the special program “Christmas is love”, which was scheduled for next Wednesday, at 11 p.m. The channel will soon announce the attraction which will occupy the time slot,” he indicated in a note.
