Influencer Chrys Dias, who has more than 13 million followers on social media, received a package at his home containing threatening letters and rifle ammunition. The Military Police (PM) were called to the luxury condominium where the influencer lives with his family, in Igaratá, in the interior of São Paulo, last Thursday (11/12).
According to the Prime Minister, the package contained two threatening letters, six intact 556 caliber rifle ammunition, a snow globe and a miniature Christmas tree. The sender bore a name unknown to the family and the address also included a threat: “Rua Fim dos Dias, 121”, a number in reference to the article of the Penal Code which characterizes the crime of homicide.

The influencer’s mother-in-law reported to the police that members of her family had been receiving threats for several months, initially made via applications. The woman believes that the six munitions refer to Chrys Dias, his wife Débora Paixão, also an influencer, and the couple’s four children.
The package was transported to the Igaratá police station, where the case was registered as seizure of objects and threat. THE Metropolises has contacted the Public Security Secretariat (SSP) and is awaiting a response. The space remains open for updates.
Igaratá, the quiet town where Chrys Dias lives, is known as a hotspot for influencers and is also the scene of investigations into links between residents and organized crime.
