In a chat published by FIFA this Monday (12/15), Ronaldinho Gaúcho commented on the Intercontinental Cup final and remained uncertain. The star has already defended Paris Saint-Germain and Flamengo, who face each other this Wednesday (17/12) in the final of the competition.
“When you have a history with both teams, it is difficult to choose just one. The most important thing is to value what this final represents. Flamengo arrives at a great time and it is a pride to see a Brazilian club in such an important decision. PSG is also going through a very positive phase, with a confident and competitive team,” said Ronaldinho Gaúcho.

Ronaldinho Gaúcho began his career at Grêmio and quickly joined Paris Saint-Germain, gaining his first experience outside Brazil. He remained with the French team for two seasons, playing 77 matches and finding the net 25 times.
“At PSG, I experienced a particular period of growth and transformation of the club. It was a moment when PSG began to consolidate itself on the international scene, and having participated in it, helping to build an identity and leaving a mark, is something that still makes me very proud today,” said the former player.
Subsequently, he had good times at Barcelona and Milan, winning titles with both teams. After 10 and a half years in Europe, he returned to Brazil and signed with Flamengo. Before ending his career, he played for Atlético-MG, Querétaro and Fluminense.
“These were two very important moments in my career. At Flamengo, what struck me the most was the size of the club and the strength of the supporters. Wearing this jersey brings an enormous responsibility, and living the daily life of Brazilian football, with so much passion and demand, was a very intense experience,” concluded Ronaldinho Gaúcho.
