LP dosimetry and amnesty
Another question asked of those interviewed was whether the dosimetry PL was approved to reduce the sentence of former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL), or that of everyone else. To this question, 58% responded that it was about reducing the sentence of the former boss of Planalto, and 30% responded that it was for everyone. About 12% did not respond.
Still regarding the possibility of an amnesty for those convicted of the coup plot, 44% were against; 36% for everyone, including Bolsonaro; and 10% in favor only for the January 8 demonstrators. 10% did not know how to express themselves.
Bill No. 2.162, PL Dosimetry, was approved in the Chamber of Deputies and is currently being analyzed in the Senate. The vote on the proposal is expected to take place this Wednesday (12/17).
Before presenting his opinion to the CCJ, the senator-rapporteur Esperidião Amin (PP-SC) made modifications to the text received from the Chamber of Deputies, limiting the sentence reduction only to those convicted for the acts of January 8, including former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL).
