Tardezinha, a mega pagoda event led by Thiaguinho, will only return to Brazilian roads in 2028. The event celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2025 and will have its closing edition, this season, at the Autodromo de Interlagos, in São Paulo, on Saturday 20. This is the space where the city’s biggest festivals take place, such as The Town and Lollapalooza. And it should attract a similar number of people, organizers estimate.
Last week, the event brought together 80,000 people to the Rio Olympic Park. In total, more than 900,000 people saw the show this year, a figure 21% higher than that measured during the 2023 season. Thiaguinho’s marathon was enormous: 185 hours of shows, with an average of 6 hours and 15 minutes for each performance.
According to the event organizers, revenues also exceeded those of 2023, reaching 305 million reais. To GLOBO, the CEO and partner of Tardezinha, Rafael Liporace, explained that the locations in which the event should take place are still being evaluated. However, he highlighted the Brazilian DNA of the attraction, which this year traveled 22,000 km within the country.
— This is a project that is underway in Brazil. Sometimes the big festivals focus on the Rio-São Paulo axis and people have to make this exodus within the country. The major shows and artists make, at most, eight or nine capitals. And we ran Brazil. We were present in 90% of Brazilian capitals, he said. — We have, for example, the largest audience in the history of the Campo Grande Pagoda (MS), in Porto Alegre (RS). Only Tardezinha does that.
