- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 eggs
- 300 ml of cream
- 50 g of gorgonzola
- 1 pinch of spicy paprika
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- 1 pinch of baking powder

Preparation method
- Peel and cut the onion into small cubes.
- Roughly chop the vegetable into small pieces.
- In a large skillet, sauté the onion until slightly transparent.
- Add broccoli, season with garlic powder, salt and black pepper and sauté until broccoli is tender.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk or fork.
- Add the ragout, gorgonzola, paprika, cream and yeast, mixing well.
- Butter a baking dish with olive oil and pour in the mixture.
- Finish with grated parmesan on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
