Founded in 2018, TBDC specializes in solutions for agribusiness, covering the entire production chain, from input manufacturers to rural producers and consultants.

“The diversified portfolio extends from commercial management and demand generation to agronomic monitoring and farm profitability, with emphasis on TBDC CRM, a solution with unique specifications, fully adapted to the reality of the agro-industry, which differentiates itself from other market “players” by its capacity for deep integration into customers’ operational routines,” explains Totvs in a press release.

Also according to the company, TBDC expects to achieve annualized net recurring revenue (ARR) of approximately 24 million reais in 2025.

For Totvs, the acquisition strengthens its positioning in the food industry, completing the portfolio with a CRM solution developed specifically for the reality of this sector, reducing complexity and increasing membership particularly for the sub-segments of resellers, distributors and agricultural cooperatives.
