After the postponement of the signing of the Mercosur-European Union agreement, initially scheduled for this Saturday (20), frustrating South American expectations, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva declared that, without political will and courage from leaders, it will be impossible to conclude the negotiations around the treaty. According to him, while Mercosur waits for the European Union, the South American bloc will continue to work with other partners.
