
Artificial intelligence would not exist if someone had not studied these “useless” things. The study projects of universities – public or private – rely heavily on the employability of their students in the face of fierce competition in which it does not matter who finances them. One thing is the “knowledge transfer” to society to which all universities are accountable, and quite another to train employees capable of meeting market demands.
