Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
1 box of cream
1 can of milk or 1 bottle of coconut milk
1 can of maria-mole dissolved in 1 glass of hot water
Preparation method
Completely dissolve the maria-mole in 1 glass of hot water and set aside.
In the blender, place the condensed milk, cream, milk (or coconut milk) and dissolved maria-mole.
Beat for about 2 minutes, until the mixture is well combined.
Pour the cream into a previously caramelized pudding mold.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until very firm.
Carefully unmold and serve plain or with plums in syrup.
